Oh my god, your list made me drooling on my laptop. The blueberry -peach one is my favorite, and the avocado gives it the consistency that makes it delicious. Sometimes in winter i add some oats so i get some more fibers and fills me up till lunch. Great list. I wish i was living in the Caribbean to get all this tropical fruit as often as i want.

    hi!
Wow, those recipes look sooo good! I love smoothies and I actually never put dairy in mine. I typically use coconut water as a liquid. I find it has more flavor than simple water. And it is as refreshing. I also personally love mango and berries in a smoothie. And I typically use spinach as well. I have never thought of putting a tomato in a smoothie but it is a clever idea as it contains water. Same with cucumber. I will give it a try!

I am now going lactose, gluten and alcohol free. It’s been hard to adjust to all the changes, partly because my food choices have become so limited. But this list of smoothies has reassured me that there are still lots of yummy things out there to enjoy! The ingredients all sound so delicious, but also healthy. I wouldn’t have thought of using avocado for a shake, but I’m going to try it!

These recipes look really really good. My favorite is the Strawberry Blast. I may be trying that tonight. I didn’t realize there were that many recipes out there for lactose intolerant people. This is awesome that you have created this page for that reason. Thank you for sharing.

Oh and some protein for extra boosts.
