Chef Manager Glyston Gracias has worked very hard in developing a menu that caters for a wider variety of people due to their intolerance and  lifestyle choice. He has also taken it upon himself to make the menu super healthy by adding foods to the menu that are free from trans-fat. Here what you can expect in the menu.

For starter s the menu has flavor-packed millet, kale soup, hearty paleo coconut and meat broth. The main menu contains a dose of excitement, innovation and flavor as he experiments with ingredients like jowar, ragi, nachini, millet, banana flour, red rice and amaranth to develop his amazing gluten free, lactose free and vegan soups, breads,salads, risottos, pastas and desserts.

The dairy free menu includes crispy bean sprouts, quinoa, brown rice flakes, with bright orange ribbons of carrot and combined with a subtle sweet-sour guava reduction. Also the tantalizing sole combined with soy milk and Bhawnagari sauce. The salads, such as the chicken salad is combined with red rice and brown rice flakes flavored with apricot-chilli dressing.

Gluten free menu is something to really look forward to, especially the pastas. The ravioli is made in combination with gluten-free flour, served with vegetables and  dashed with soya and coconut milk source.

To end the night with a great dessert, there is banana flour cake, cacao nib and soya cheesecake as well as a crunchy nachini crust cuts to tantalize your taste buds.

    Hey I just finished reading your post and those pictures look delicious. Do you know any spots in california that can compare to that place because I wouldnt mind checking those out. their was not too much content on it but the visuals made up for it.     I am not a vegan, but I thought this article was interesting. I am not familiar with all the ingredients mentioned in the article, but it was easy to read and understand, and the descriptions were creative. It was as if I could imagine seeing the dishes.

      In Hindi they would say (kripyā bhojan kā ānnaṅd lijīyai for Bon Apetit. thank you for your comment. we hardly find Indian food being lactose free and gluten free in resturants – now things are changing. also interesting to note the taste is not compromised.
